All prices displayed on the platform are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.  

5.3 Payment  

We accept multiple payment methods including mobile banking (bKash, Nagad), debit/credit cards, and cash on delivery where available. All payment transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details.  

6. Delivery Policy  

Farmers Kitchen BD aims to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location, order volume, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.  

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or logistics disruptions.  

It is your responsibility to ensure that an authorized person is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.  

7. Returns and Refunds  

Due to the perishable nature of food and grocery products, returns are generally not accepted once delivered. However, if you receive:  

• A wrong item  
• A damaged or spoiled product  
• An incomplete order  

Please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Verified claims will be resolved through a replacement or account credit at our discretion.  

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5 to 7 business days through the original payment method.

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and nutritional information. However, minor variations in appearance, weight, or packaging may occur. Product availability is subject to stock and seasonal supply.  

Farmers Kitchen BD does not make any warranty that products are free from allergens unless explicitly stated. Customers with specific dietary needs or allergies are advised to review product details carefully before ordering.
