5. Orders
When you place an order on our platform, you are submitting an offer to purchase selected products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. An order confirmation email or notification does not constitute final acceptance until the order is dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund issued where applicable.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice; the price at the time of checkout is final.

- Debit and credit cards
- Cash on delivery (where available)
All transactions are processed securely. We do not store complete payment card information on our servers.
7. Delivery
We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location, order size, traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
You are responsible for ensuring that a suitable person is available at the delivery address to receive the order. Farmers Kitchen BD is not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information or unavailability of the recipient.
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of food and grocery items, we generally do not accept returns after delivery. However, if you receive:
- A wrong product
- A damaged or spoiled item
- An incomplete order
Please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Verified claims will be resolved through a product replacement or account credit, at our discretion.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 7 business days via the original payment method.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, weights, and nutritional details. However, minor variations may occur due to seasonal supply, packaging changes, or natural product differences.
